Her New Journey

Searching for causes of her internal strife

Was a journey that took much time from her life.

Always trying to figure her feelings out

Constantly plagued with fears and self-doubt.

After many false starts and stops she now sees

With all that endless searching she was trapped, not free.

Her new journey involves learning to deal,

With whatever is happening and whatever is real.

She heeds the advice a whispered prayer supplies,

And accepts or changes, whichever applies.

This approach brings her more periods of calm,

Peaceful moments providing her soul with healing balm.
